We strive to provide the highest quality service to our clients. To ensure satisfaction, we follow a fair and transparent payment and refund policy:
Initial Payment: A fee of $150 will be charged upfront to begin the project.
Sample Approval: After delivering the sample, clients have the opportunity to review and approve it. Or redo it
Refund Terms:
If the client does not approve the sample, $130 of the initial payment will be refunded.
The remaining $20 is retained to cover administrative and processing costs.
